Certification objective
To certify that an entry-level professional can work effectively within a digital product team, understanding professional documentation, business rules, prioritization, agile practices, and delivery processes.
The program provides demonstrable experience by building a functional digital product in an educational environment that mirrors real IT industry dynamics: deadlines, decision-making, cross-role dependencies, delivery quality, and professional communication.
Upon completion, participants will have:
- Interpreted professional documentation and business rules.
- Planned a backlog and prioritized work based on impact.
Designed key screens, flows, and functional decisions for the product.
- Built a functional digital product through collaborative teamwork.
- Applied agile practices (Scrum) to organize work and timelines.
- Presented their product in a professional Demo Day.
Program structure:
Week 1 – Documentation & Planning: business rules analysis, initial backlog, first UI screens.
Week 2 – Functional Design & Development Start: definition of key flows and first implemented features.
Week 3 – Integration & Dojo: product assembly, initial QA, and mid-program presentation for feedback.
Week 4 – Iteration & Documentation: functional adjustments, usability improvements, and pitch preparation.
Week 5 – Demo Day: presentation of the functional product and final evaluation.
Evaluation Stages:
Dojo (Week 3): mid-program presentation to assess progress, team decisions, and functional coherence.
Demo Day (Week 5): final presentation of the functional product and defense of technical and business decisions.
