Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 8, 2026
Igrowker LLC maintains a clear and transparent refund policy aligned with the intensive nature of its programs and applicable regulations.
- Software and Solutions Architecture Programs
Before the program start date
If the participant cancels their enrollment before the program start date, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued, as no services have been provided.
Within the first 7 days after the start
If cancellation occurs within the first seven (7) calendar days after the program start date, a 50% refund of the amount paid will be issued.
This partial refund reflects that the program has already begun and that Igrowker LLC has incurred operational, planning, resource allocation, and team-related costs.
After the first week
Once the first seven (7) calendar days have elapsed since the program start date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as the service is considered substantially initiated and in progress.
No exceptions will be granted for personal, professional, scheduling, or availability-related reasons.
- CADPP™ Program (Juniors)
The training program is 100% free of charge.
The CADPP™ certification includes an administrative fee, which is paid after the training has been completed, following effective participation in the program.
As this fee corresponds to services already rendered—including evaluation, verification, and issuance of the certification— no refunds are available or accepted once payment has been made.
- Refund request procedure
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@igrowker.com .
Eligibility will be determined based on the date and time the email is received.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
