You’ll start by validating the problem, designing the user experience, and the project roadmap. From there, you’ll move into product development—integrating AI, iterating continuously, and deploying to the cloud.

The program is designed for junior roles, including: Project Managers, UX/UI Designers, Frontend and Backend Developers, and QA professionals.

Upon successful completion and meeting the evaluation criteria, participants may opt for the CADPP™ certification, which validates hands-on experience in digital product development, collaborative work, and decision-making within professional methodologies.

Requirements

  • Prior education (bootcamp, university, or equivalent) in UX/UI, Project Management, Frontend Development, Backend Development, or QA.
  • Basic knowledge of the corresponding discipline.
  • Ability to adapt to new digital tools.
  • Time availability and discipline to sustain an intensive training program.
  • Commitment to project goals and assigned deliverables.
  • No prior work experience or a maximum of one (1) year of professional experience.

Participant profile

  • Entry-level (junior) IT profile with prior formal training.
  • Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience by applying knowledge in a professional, demanding, engineering-oriented environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and sustain a structured workflow.
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to improve iteratively.

Commitment and Time Investment

  • Estimated workload: 75 total hours distributed over 5 weeks.
  • The program is based on collaborative team work, with clearly defined individual responsibilities and constant coordination across roles.
  • Real availability, discipline, and the ability to maintain an intensive work pace throughout the program are required, along with individual accountability for deliverables and goal completion.
  • Lack of availability, intermittent participation, or inability to sustain the required pace directly affects team performance and may result in removal from the program and ineligibility for certification.
  • This program is not compatible with limited schedules or partial dedication.
